The cost of an El Paso birth certificate is $23. If you need an extra copy of your El Paso county birth certificate, this will be an additional $4.

For appointments, please note the following:
- To maintain facility capacity and social distancing, we only allow limited appointments..
- Face masks are required to enter the building.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
- As a courtesy to others, the County Clerk’s office reserves the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. If your appointment is canceled, you will have to reschedule it through the Appointment Scheduler.
