GoodAfternoon Im Tawana Bennett Rimmer ,I need help with rental assistance please contact me 2817631656 My husband threating my life In judge of Harris County told him 200 Feet Away from our resident please help me IM the mother of 5 Kids .
Hi Tawana, if your need for financial assistance is temporary I would say go with the Katy rent assistance programs. Those will be your best options. If the need is more long term you’ll want to look at permanent supportive housing programs in Houston. The quickest way to get connected to permanent supportive housing is through homeless shelters. Any program that offers long term housing assistance will prioritize families in shelters as opposed to individuls in their own home applying. Shelters arent ideal but just something to keep in mind if you need long term housing. The shelter is a way to get housing faster.
