We’re from Texas just like you, so on occasion we too fall victim to destroying a BIG plate of ribs with baked beans and macaroni.
At the same time there comes a point where we all have to educate ourselves about the things we are eating and how its effecting our health.
If you are a type 2 diabetic who is uncertain of the type of foods that SHOULD be in your diet, the program can definitley help you.
For more information on how they can help you to become more healthy, more energetic and live longer, visit their Third Ward location or call them at 832.393.4055.
