1.) Mortgage Payment Assistance In Texas

      Hi Mel, sorry to hear you were denied. I did however find this about Texas utility assistance appeals on their website:

      My application was denied. How do I appeal?
      If you believe your application was denied in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days by logging into the portal. Appeal requests must include additional facts or evidence to show why your case should be reconsidered
      .

      As you can see you need to appeal within 30 days, so jump on to of this is you haven’t already appealed.

      Also not sure how much help they can provide by phone, but consider calling them to see if they can give an explanation. 1-833-651-3874
