Oh wow William, I hope you are recovering. If you havent…contact your City/County’s water department. They can either get you on a payment plan or they may have a assistance plan to help you. If nothing else this can prevent your water bill from going to collections. In my experience the city and county water departments are alot more willing to work w you as opposed to collection agencies.
