    Thanks for the info. Texas has not been added yet. As a senior citizen, I have been very thankful for the extra food help each month and hope Texas continues the much appreciated help.

      Hi Rosanna that is correct as of September 1st Governor Abbot has not approved the emergency allotment benefits although it could still happen. The past few months it seems like Texas announces the extra food stamp benefits around the 10th of the month so fingers crossed that it gets extended again this month.
