Hi Carmelita, you may want to visit each website to see if they have an email(which they should). I know some nonprofits have Relay services but not all which is why email may work better in your situation.
Also not sure if you are connected to Deaf Action Center in Dallas. They provide resources and assistance to individuals with a hearing impariment.
