The 5th Annual Teen Nation Back to School Health and Wellness Jam-fest will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at the Sunnyside Community Center.

This event is a great opportunity for students to receive free backpacks, school supplies, high blood pressure screenings, glucose checks, vision screenings, flu shots, and hearing screenings.

In addition, students will be able to participate in various workshops on topics such as bullying, cyber-bullying, financial literacy, etiquette, and healthy eating tips. The event will also feature live performances by some of Houston’s top artists and talent.

Back 2 School Bash is an annual event that helps north Houston families get the supplies they need for the upcoming school year.

Missouri City is hosting a free backpack giveaway for children in need.

This event will have music, community resources, face painting, moonwalk activities, free COVID-19 testing, and raffle prizes for the kiddos and parents. Vendors in attendance include food vendors, apparel vendors, and more.
